Few days ago I did some improvisations on one of the projects of my good friend Déhà and he liked it very much, so it looks like the loooooong solo will be a part from the upcoming album 🙂
Here is what he wrote (and I am still blushing):
“I am very pleased to announce that genius guitarist Alexandra Z will be featuring an EP of Imber Luminis as a guest guitarist. Expect absolutely weird stuff coming up, because her solos are close to be some of the best I ever heard in my whole life. And I listen to stuff.
If you want to see what she can do, she featured my band’s debut album, “Thoughtscanning” from We All Die (Laughing).”
According to Zeno’s Paradox, one will never be a shredder, because learning to play 10 notes for a single strike of the metronome on tempo 40 is leading to learning the same thing on tempo 60, then 70, then 75 and then you’re f*cked up, because there are no decimals on the metronome…
Working on debut solo album, which will be conceptual instrumental work, constisting of nine tracks, inspirated by books and novels. The compositions vary in style, so expect interesting album, coming in the next few months.
