I am going to participate in my good friend Déhà‘s projest Aurora Borealis as a full time member. I am excited to start working on this project, because I have got so much different music in me, wanting to go out and materialize in some audible form… I am pretty sure we will do some very nice and interesting stuff 🙂
Few days ago I did some improvisations on one of the projects of my good friend Déhà and he liked it very much, so it looks like the loooooong solo will be a part from the upcoming album 🙂
Here is what he wrote (and I am still blushing):
“I am very pleased to announce that genius guitarist Alexandra Z will be featuring an EP of Imber Luminis as a guest guitarist. Expect absolutely weird stuff coming up, because her solos are close to be some of the best I ever heard in my whole life. And I listen to stuff.
If you want to see what she can do, she featured my band’s debut album, “Thoughtscanning” from We All Die (Laughing).”
Thank you, Déhà 🙂 You made my day 🙂
According to Zeno’s Paradox, one will never be a shredder, because learning to play 10 notes for a single strike of the metronome on tempo 40 is leading to learning the same thing on tempo 60, then 70, then 75 and then you’re f*cked up, because there are no decimals on the metronome…
